Description:

This is very good quality Yunnan green tea, pick one bud with one leaf and one bud with two leaves in late March and careful rolling to "dragon pearls" ! Jasmine Dragon Pearl is flavored with original fresh Jasmine flowers( 茉莉花). The production time must wait until late May or early June, when Jasmine flowers bloom in Guangxi province. The making process is very lengthy and difficult but the original jasmine tea without synthetic essence is very pleasant ! Tea liquor is light yellow, smooth, sweet, and viscous with the long lingering fragrance of jasmine flowers.

Quotes - Green tea

„Gyokuro (玉露, Jade Dew) - Gyokuro is a fine and expensive type that differs from Sencha (煎茶) in that it is grown under the shade rather than the full sun for approximately 20 days. The name "Gyokuro" translates as "jade dew" and refers to the pale green color of the infusion. The shading causes the amino acids (Theanine) and caffeine in the tea leaves to increase, while catechins (the source of bitterness in tea, along with caffeine) decreases, giving rise to a sweet taste. The tea also has a distinct aroma.“

Quotes

„The second thing is to govern the mind. The mind is the ruler of the whole body, the commander of all the mental power. When it is quiet, it produces insight; when agitated, it is necessary to sit calmly, collect the mind, and detach from objects, so the mind does not cling to anything, spontaneously entering into absolute nonresistance. The mind then merges with the Way. “
