Sheng - Raw Puerh - Tea from 2005 till 2010

This Pu-erh is called "Jing Mai Chun Liao Cha" (景迈纯料茶) - Jing Mai Mountain Pure Material Tea. The aroma of dry tea leaves is sincere and joyful. Pronounced prunes, pronounced nuts, pronounced sweetness, a lot of honey. The infusion releases forest, meadow, floral aromas, a little “greenery” and wood. Each of these flavors is clear and individual. All together, they form a balanced symphony.

This tea was found in friend´s warehouse in Menghai where was stored since 2005. Clean but tropical storage change the taste very nice. Large strong leaves with fat buds. Smooth, sweet aged woody and ripe fruit taste, slightly very comfortable bitterness, fast huigan. This nice small cake is made from early spring Wuliangshan and Lincang material. Many buds and apparent leaf tips.Iron cake is tightly compressed, so its qualitative transformation is slow. Spring and late spring harvest 2009, blend of Lancang and Menghai area. Yellow clean tea liquor with strong flower aroma. Stimulated and full mouthfeel with fast huigan. Easy for drinking now. Liming tea primary processing workshop was founded in 1983 and was the seventh sub-field of Liming state-owned farm, changed to Liming Xinghuo tea factory which was run by private contractors in 2006. This 200 gram tuo [nest shaped] tea from Xiaguan Tea Factory was stored in Guangzhou dry storage. It is an economical tea that is good for everyday drinking. Still slightly edgy on the first steep, with only faint remnants of smoke and tough woodsy flavors, classic trademarks of Xiaguan factory tuos.

This cake made of 2005 pure sun-dried large leaf material, compression is medium. After stored for 6 years in Kunming, this tea is ready for drink now but still very powerful with good choice for aging !
