Lancang - Yunnan

This lovely red tea come from Jingmai area in Lancang and spring harvest. Perfect processing, good quality tea trees betwen 60-100 years old growing naturaly in the forest. Most of tea trees are "Zhong ye zhong", rarely xiao ye zhong or Da ye zhong which give to this rare red tea very original chracter. The tea is full in body, sweet, with tones of honey and dark chocolate.

Spring and late spring harvest 2009, blend of Lancang and Menghai area. Yellow clean tea liquor with strong flower aroma. Stimulated and full mouthfeel with fast huigan. Easy for drinking now. Liming tea primary processing workshop was founded in 1983 and was the seventh sub-field of Liming state-owned farm, changed to Liming Xinghuo tea factory which was run by private contractors in 2006. The factory is located in Mengman village.

This cake is composed of Lancang and Menghai area selected materials.After 5 years aging in dry storage, this cake now taste still a little bitter. About half the time, the cake was stored in Kunming, later moved to Guangzhou for the rest of the time. It´s a very pleasant surprise that the development and aging of flavor!
