This Zheng Yan tea from Cindy Chen was baked 4 times over charcoal to achieve a medium baking level. Harvested from a single old tree within the Wuyi Scenic Area, this is a rare tea that offers a smokey and peppery dark chocolate flavor with ripe fruits and minerals. The flavor lingers several minutes. It has been aged dry for 3 years.

One of famous oolong teas from Anxi is Benshan. This is a light roasted with low oxidation (only 10-15%) high mountain (Gaoshan Benshan) oolong, carefully processed in early October.
