An Ning HaiWan tea factory 安寧海灣茶廠 was established in 1999 by Zou Bing Liang 鄒炳良 and Lu Guo Ling 盧國齡. The two brands Lao Tong Zhi 老同志 and Jia Jia 加嘉 belong to the Hai Wan factory.
